Studios :
All our studios are within the range of 20 to 28 m² and consist of main room with equipped kitchenette, bathroom or wet room and toilet.
2-Room (T2) :
Our 2-room apartments are of 30 to 40 m² and include main room with equipped kitchenette, room, bathroom and toilet.
3-Room and 4-Room (T3 / T4) :
Our 3- and 4-room apartments are with the area of 45 to 90 m² and comprise main room, equipped kitchen, two or three rooms, one or two bathrooms and toilet.
Student rooms :
The individual student rooms vary from 10 to 20 m². On each floor they share a kitchen and a bathroom (for three or four rooms).
Rental period
Rentals for STUDENTS : from 1 July for 10 months (or for a year)
Rentals for TRAINEES : throughout the year for stay of a week or more
Rentals for TOURISTS : from 15 June to 10 September (according to the beginning of the academic year) for a week or more
